We’re Jade and Alicia – a husband-and-wife team with over 20 years in business and more than 28 years of hands-on experience in paving, concrete, and landscaping.
Since 2005, we’ve built a strong reputation across the Wellington region, including Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Wellington Central, the Kāpiti Coast and Wairarapa, for quality workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.

Our Story
You could say paving runs in the blood
Jade grew up on job sites alongside his dad, Marty, a well-known paving, concrete, and landscaping contractor in Wellington. From the age of 12, Jade spent his school holidays working with his old man, learning the craft, the graft, and the pride that comes with doing a job properly.
At 17, he left school and went straight into the trade full-time, working side by side with Marty. By 24, he had set out on his own as a sole trader. Within a year, Clamp Paving was born.
What started as a small operation soon grew. Jade and Alicia worked hard to build the business, taking on all kinds of jobs and growing a loyal client base through word of mouth. Today, Clamp Paving is known across the Wellington region for its quality workmanship, down-to-earth service, and old-school values.

Jade is still hands on in all aspects of the business, and he takes pride in leading the crew, problem-solving on site, and keeping standards high across the board.
Alicia runs the show behind the scenes, keeping the business running smoothly and supporting clients throughout the process.
Combined, they all bring a strong mix of practical experience and genuine care. Whether it’s a simple path or a multi-stage development, they treat every job as if it were their own.
